Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Using this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or misuse information about other people.

2. Information, not an engagement

Website content describes our capabilities and provides general information. It is not a binding proposal, professional advice or a commitment to deliver a particular result. A client engagement requires a separate agreed scope and contract.

3. Case studies and reported outcomes

Case studies and reported figures describe specific work or reported outcomes. Results depend on scope, baseline, implementation and operating conditions; they are not guarantees for future engagements.

4. AI readiness assessment

The assessment is an indicative self-assessment based on the answers you provide. It is not a formal audit, compliance certification or substitute for a professional assessment. Scores and recommendations are shown on screen; emailed reports are not currently available.

5. Enquiries and personal information

Enquiries submitted through the contact form or assessment are sent to the ExpertsPro team. Do not include passwords or sensitive or confidential information. Our Privacy Policy describes current website information handling.

6. Content and intellectual property

ExpertsPro content and branding, and third-party trademarks displayed on this website, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Do not represent our content or branding as your own or imply an endorsement without permission.

7. External services and availability

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their content and practices are governed separately. Website features and information may change, and uninterrupted availability cannot be assumed.

8. Questions and separate agreements

For questions about these website terms, contact contact@expertspro.io. Client agreements govern the relevant services and take precedence for those engagements.
