1. Scope of this notice
This notice describes the current ExpertsPro website, its contact experience and its AI readiness assessment. Separate agreements and privacy notices may apply to client engagements, third-party services and websites linked from our Insights hub.
2. Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, role, area of interest and an optional message. Direct form delivery is not yet enabled; filling in the form does not send an enquiry. If you email ExpertsPro, your email address, message and any information you include are shared with the recipient. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client data.
3. AI readiness assessment
Assessment answers and the name, company and email entered to view results are used in your current browser session to calculate and display the report. The assessment does not currently submit those details to ExpertsPro, save them in a website account or send an email report. The score is an indicative self-assessment, not an audit or certification.
4. How enquiries are used
Information you send directly to ExpertsPro may be used to understand and respond to your request and discuss relevant next steps. Selecting contact consent is not consent to a newsletter or promotional campaign. The basis for any later client-data processing should be set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
5. Website hosting and third-party links
Visiting a hosted website involves technical requests that may expose information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages to the hosting provider. Our articles and case studies are hosted on this website. External links, including leadership profiles, take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover those external services.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The contact form and readiness assessment do not themselves use persistent browser storage to retain your entries. Hosting services may handle technical information separately. A confirmed inventory of hosting, analytics and cookie practices should be reviewed before this website is used publicly.
7. Retention, security and international handling
Contact and assessment entries remain in the current page session unless you send an email yourself. Emails you send are handled by the recipient’s email service. ExpertsPro has offices in the US and India; arrangements for storing or accessing personal information, retention periods and applicable transfer safeguards require confirmation for any live enquiry-delivery service. Do not assume that any website or email channel is suitable for sensitive information.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to complete the form or assessment. For questions about information you have emailed to ExpertsPro, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact contact@expertspro.io. Rights and any limitations depend on the applicable law and the information involved.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice must be updated when enquiry delivery, email reports, analytics or other information-handling features change. Client-specific data processing should be documented separately.
